Avantatges: "The flight happened and no incidents on the flight."
Queixes: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Queixes: "When you book BA and end up with Iberia, that’s definitely not what you want..."

Avantatges: "The crew were helpful and efficient - it was a short flight so they had very little time to prepare the meal, distribute the meal and prepare the aircraft for landing - but they did."
Queixes: "The English announcements by the cabin crew (not the pre-recorded announcements) were difficult to understand at times due to the accent."

Avantatges: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."
Queixes: "The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)"

Avantatges: "The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft."
Queixes: "I had no complaints - the flight was just what it should have been ie no issues"

Avantatges: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Queixes: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."

Queixes: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Queixes: "Checking in and dropping off luggage was a nightmare... There was no one at the check in desks indicated on the screens or the check in terminals. Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

Queixes: "The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight"

Queixes: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Queixes: "The airline did not offer any type of refreshments for example water without having to pay for it. I did not expect that. Also I thought the boarding was poorly organized."

Queixes: "I paid for exit row seating assignments through the booking agent assigned by Kayak, but these just showed up as a note on my reservation. I was assigned a different seat at check in. Oh, and I was totally unable to check in online. The website would crash. So, I had to wait until I got to the airport to get a seat assignment."

Queixes: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Avantatges: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Queixes: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"

Queixes: "Departing Madrid airport while watching my luggage sit on the tarmac. It turns out their was too much weight and some luggage had to be left behind for another flight. I did get my luggage 24hrs later thankfully."

Avantatges: "Great price to value ratio, attentive crew, good food. Wifi available."
Queixes: "Older panes with no phone jack charging options. What's the use of Wifi if your battery runs low or dies. They have charging ports in Business Class. I don't remember the last time I was on a plane with at least phone charging ports."

Avantatges: "Price was great, flight crew very attentive, even the food was good."
Queixes: "The seats didn't have a port to charge phones. Older planes with antiquated tech. Monitors on back of seats were also outdated. Plane was late leaving Madrid."

Avantatges: "The flight was on time and it is the only direct option to get from Europe to Bolivia. I had to rebook my dates and the attention of Air Europe for this was Excellent!"

Queixes: "Flight was cancelled without explanation. We scheduled flight was also seriously delayed. Flight to Barcelona was siginifivantly delayed as well. Poor communication to the passengers. I'll never fly Air Europa again. Moreover, I'll recommend my friends to not fly this airline as well."

A bit long, specially if you have been travelling already for a long time....like me (I was coming from Miami).The bus is not too comfortable....you have to stay still on your feet with a lot of people"

Queixes: "Boarding process stinks. You have 2 groups but board them all at the same time well let's say start to board by having us wait outside for 20 minutes in 90 plus heat. No water then stand on a hot bus for another 15 or 20. If we want a water after heat stroke it's 2.50"

Avantatges: "Not much cheap airline that get you to book a cheap fare then over charge you on everything else. Surprised these crooks don't charge for air. If you are flying business with no luggage it's ok."
Queixes: "Way we boarded a b all together sucked. Why have 2 groups when its first come first in. Wait in airport no seats then stand in a hot bus move to a hot plane and pay 2.50 for water long after flight started . Waters should be given as soon as you sit down in such conditions"

Avantatges: "Organization in boarding the plane"
Queixes: "When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Queixes: "I booked an afternoon flight on Volta. They changed me weeks later to a morning flight. I told them I wanted to cancel my earlier flight and preferred a refund instead. I have never received credit for my cancellation."

Avantatges: "It was a quick flight."
Queixes: "They took me and my wife's carry on, that we had already stored in the over head cabins on 3 flights before this one and told me it was to big. Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. When I got to the plane the men working with the suitcases said my bag was more than capabale of fitting overhead and let me take it up. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

Queixes: "Will never fly them again"

Queixes: "Missed our connection they did not accommodate at all Wanted to sell us another flight the next day My brother made the flight and him and his girlfriend had to pay 140 euros for carry on and boarding pass THEIR LOW PRICES ARE A SCAM BAIT SND SWITCH"

Avantatges: "I cancelled the trip because in reading the fine print, I found the cost of checking a single small bag almost as much as the cost of the flight itself. Cancellation was accepted but took some effort to do it."

Queixes: "There was zero communication from Volotea over 12 hours of being stuck when a flight was delayed. For a long time I thought the flight was cancelled. Now that I am trying to seek compensation via EU guidelines they are similarly evasive and not helpful."

Avantatges: "Accepted phone scans of our boarding passes. Decent price Nice crew Left a little late but still managed to arrive 15 minutes early on a one hour flight."
Queixes: "I only gave one star for food but I didn't buy any food so I would rather have a "not applicable" category."

Queixes: "Inappropriate behavior from the crew. One stewardess heavily flirting with a passenger, exchanging phone numbers. 45 minute delay while waiting to take off. Crew just chatted, laughed. Unacceptable to buy your snacks/drinks?!??"

Avantatges: "minimum fuss from beginning to end, and no bombarding by emails. their staff all handle carry-on luggage discreetly even when slightly over sized ... Compliments to Volotea."

Avantatges: "The friendly flight attendants."
Queixes: "Unfriendly check in agent and having to pay for everything including being able to sit next to my husband makes it not worth their "affordable" fares. Note: print out your boarding card and check in prior to arriving to airport, otherwise it's an additional $40/pp."

Queixes: "Due to delays we missed our flight. I emailed and got no response. Tried calling. Office was closed on Saturday. Went to their desk and no one was there. I would like to be reimbursed. I had to then pay for two tickets on Aegean Airline totalling $400.00"

Avantatges: "Excellent price and route. Very friendly crew. I didn't need much for a 2hr flight. Met all my expectations."

Avantatges: "Flight was fine once we got going but one staff working made for a long long line and a half hour delay. Staff were excellent though."

Queixes: "Scheduled departure time was 4:00 p.m., but we did not leave until 11:00 p.m. due to a problem with the fuel level indicator. We were kept in the departure gate for 7 hours without a proper explanation in English. When they finally realized they could not repair the plane, they put everyone on another plane. We were given a voucher to use at the snack counter for 10 euros per person, but when we got to the counter there was no food or wine left. Imagine, running out of wine in France! I understand that mechanical issues on planes happen, but it was left far too long to attempt to repair it. A replacement plane should have been supplied after a one hour delay, not 7 hours."

Avantatges: "Personnel were helpful, polite and spoke English as well as many other languages."
Queixes: "Volotea is a low cost airline that charges for early seat assignments, printing boarding passes, luggage and drinks on the flight. There is a service charge added to everything. It isn't as low cost as it initial appears. Beware"

Queixes: "The flight was 5 hours late and the company did not give us any information about when the flight would take off and what the problem was. They sent us a voucher for €10 for our next flight. No thanks."

Queixes: "The Volotea website was very poorly run and thus, we accidentally booked the flight on the wrong date, due to the way the calendar was loaded on the site. We entered the correct date, but somehow we still received flights for 5 days after the date we needed. We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Queixes: "Hidden fees everywhere with this airline as well as smaller than usual carry-on requirements. My carry-on that fit everywhere else but cost me an extra 40 euros to check with this airline. Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right."

Queixes: "The next flight they had to my destination was 3 DAYS later. Therefore, I had to purchase another three tickets with a different carrier and got NO credit for the missed fight with Volotea. BAD Business."

Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"

Avantatges: "Errrm...that we actually got to Palermo alive, that was nice."
Queixes: "Kind of sneaky with the hand luggage, you may well have the guidelines in small print somewhere, but you really should allow people to check their bags in online before the flight, as opposed to paying 80 euro per bag, so 160 euros for two bags that didn't even weigh 10kgs each. RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Avantatges: "price was great for our flight, otherwise it was like any other flight, nice attendants, nice clean plane, on time"

Queixes: "Was delayed and had to cancel flight and book a different airline"

Avantatges: "on time inexpensive and nice flight attendants"

Queixes: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Avantatges: "On time"
Queixes: "Extra charge (30 Euros) for printing a boarding pass. Seats are uncomfortable"

Avantatges: "I liked how they played music"
Queixes: "My luggage was lost and still has not been located. The bag tag number was entered incorrectly numerous times with different agents over the phone as well as at the airport."

Avantatges: "The flight was so smooth I forgot I was on a plane. Great landing, too."

Avantatges: "Nothing to be honest."
Queixes: "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."

Queixes: "We arrived at the airport two hours before the flight and were told we had to pay 30 euro/person (120 euro total) for boarding passes. Really?!? We had been checked in, but hadn't printed the boarding passes. They told us that they had just closed the opportunity to do this for free at the airport & we now had to pay the exorbitant fee or no boarding passes and no getting on the plane. No other way around it. It just felt like yet another ridiculous excuse to suck more money out of passengers. Just like the banks...a fee here, a free there will add to the profit bottom line without providing any additional value for the customer. Buyer beware!"

Avantatges: "Nothing much."
Queixes: "Left us standing for a huge time in front of customs and arrived late to boarding gate. Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."

Avantatges: "Our family of 4 flew Bordeaux to Split; 3 of 4 bags arrived as scheduled. Volotea DID find and deliver the lost bag on the 7th day. So all was happy in the end."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "The flight was delayed , no communication, no bus arrived at the gate to take us to the plane , no communication , no boarding process whatsoever , no communication , no apology offered , no in flight catering offered free or for purchase , a complete joke of a flight , my worst ever and I have flown all around the world including both poles !"

Queixes: "The baggage drop off was combined for two different flights. It went so slow it almost delayed the flight."

Avantatges: "Tripulación explendida"

Avantatges: "Price was very reasonable and they allowed us a carry-on item."
Queixes: "Our original flight was cancelled at the last minute. And we were lucky enough to get on a flight that fit our schedule. But it was very fortunate. We might have had larger issues. Some of the other passengers appeared to have had difficulty with their flight arrangements."

Avantatges: "Crew was friendly, plane clean"
Queixes: "Boarding process was very slow. Paid for a sea in advance. I was assigned a seat in row 7, put in group 3. No overhead space for my small carryon."

Avantatges: "Puntualidad y servicio"

Queixes: "There was a long delay, longer than the flight itself. In a rush to catch up (or go home) they did not clean the plane before boarding, not even superficially."

Queixes: "The booking did not include my luggage despite buying the most expensive version of the fare. When I spoke to customer service, the could do nothing. I filed a complaint and will seek recompense further up."

Avantatges: "Great value. Spacious overhead compartment for bags - no issue being near last to board with larger carry on bags. On time departure and even early arrival."

Queixes: "Siempre hay retraso con el vuelo VY 7574/7575 Deberían arreglar lo"

Queixes: "El embarque, el personal, los retrasos,el precio. Que no me dejen entrar en el avión 18 minutos antes de la salida prevista cuando el avión se retrasó 45 minutos y que por ello tenga que pagar 115 euros. Última vez que viajo con Vueling."

Queixes: "Chaotic under staff and poorly organized. Forced to rush and nearly miss flight despite being at airport well in advt"

Avantatges: "Flight delayed, staff provided no info and was generally nasty."

Avantatges: "Embarcan a tiempo u tripulación genial"
Queixes: "Nos rompieron unas maletas nuevas, falta de cuidado"

Avantatges: "Perfect timing and nicely crew"
Queixes: "There is no food not even a glass water for free"

Avantatges: "El capitán era genial, dio un discurso de bienvenida con total buena onda que despertó el aplauso de los pasajeros."
Queixes: "Nada, hemos hecho un viaje por Europa en familia y hemos tomado 5 o 6 vuelos todos en compañias low cost. Despues deceste vuelo lamento no haber elegido mas veces a Vueling."

Avantatges: "Me gustó mucho la forma de hablar del piloto! para una persona como yo, con miedo a volar, la forma en la que el piloto se presenta y explica el vuelo es muy importante y el hombre que pilotaba el avión se mostró muy simpático. Ojalá todos los pilotos tuvieran su don de gentes. Aterrizaje suave tambien."
Queixes: "Ni siquiera te dan un café sin tener que pagar... y en 4 horas de vuelo creo que es lo mínimo que podrian ofrecerte."

Avantatges: "La puntualidad, organización y atención"
Queixes: "Soy una mujer alta y los asientos tienen poco espacio para las piernas."

Avantatges: "Smooth, simple, organized No good, no entertainment, of course Had only hand luggage, no problems"

Avantatges: "El vuelo estuvo muy bien. Al ser un viaje corto no comí nada, pero la oferta era aceptable."

Avantatges: "Todo ha ido bien excepto que en él asiento lateral se ha puesto una mujer obesa que no me dejaba espacio, considero que debe estar prohibido dejar montar a la gente obesa en asientos que no seamos XL puesto que ocupan una parte del asiento lateral que mono lean corresponde"

Avantatges: "Personal atento y cabina limpia. El vuelo fue sin contratiempos"
Queixes: "Comida no incluida en el precio y vuelo atrasado casi una hora"

Queixes: "2 horas y media de retraso injustificado"

Avantatges: "Aunque el vuelo salió con retraso el trayecto fue muy bueno y tanto el comandante como la tripulación y el personal de embarque muy bien los asientos cómodos el trato agradable volvería a utilizar la compañía"
Queixes: "La comida estaba bien y precio asequible el trayecto confortable pese al retraso el vuelo muy bueno"

Avantatges: "Todo correcto, como se espera de un vuelo low cost. El avión estaba en hora en el aeropuerto, lástima el embarque lento."
Queixes: "Embarque muy lento, no depende de Vueling pero sí del aeropuerto. Y sin aire acondicionado, ni en la terminal ni en el shuttle, que no se podía ni respirar."

Avantatges: "Espacio de asientos infimos, lo demas todo ok, llegamos media hora antes de lo previsto, embarque rapido."
Queixes: "Asientos muy incómodos por el mínimo espacio disponible para las piernas"

Avantatges: "Por primera vez que vuelo con Vueling, han tenido el detalle de proporcionar agua por el retraso que esta vez parecía que intentaban justificar con problemas en el avión"
Queixes: "Retraso en la salida de prácticamente dos horas y de llegada a destino, muy habitual en Vueling y la bandeja estaba sucia"

Avantatges: "El vuelo debía salir a las 7:35 de Barcelona. Acabamos de aterrizar a las 14:30 después de infinitos retrasos y ninguna información por parte de la compañía. Huelga encubierta. La tripulación de cabina desafiante incluso el propio piloto. Éste último ha amenazado a la tripulación con parar los motores del avión, así como haciendo hincapié en que nuestra vida está em sus manos"

Queixes: "Vuelo con retraso"

Avantatges: "On time professional crew"
Queixes: "Couldn’t checkin online due to having an Australian passport, very odd and meant we got stuck in a very slow moving que!"

Avantatges: "Getting off the plane."
Queixes: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."
