Antes de embarcar debería hacerse un chequeo y solo dejar subir un bulto grande a cabina. En los dos vuelos tuve que llevar mi único bulto (mochila de viaje) en los pies, por lo que fue más incómodo todavía."

Había una persona fumando en el baño más de una vez y el personal no se molestó en ficharlo (por lo menos no que yo haya sabido)"

Avantatges: "The only saving grace to this whole experience was the woman at the check in counter who was friendly and made small talk while checking our bags."
Queixes: "Honestly, I would consider myself well travelled but after this flight I wanted to rule out air travel from our future plans. The take off was bumpy, fast and uncomfortable. Handling the turbulence was unbearable and I had a full blown panic attack on the flight. I couldn't understand a word of the English announcements each time we hit turbulence. I felt unbearably sick but couldn't bring myself to get out of my seat. There was no food, no entertainment, and definitely no entertainment. I hope to never fly Volotea again."

Queixes: "the app is that that great, it gets stook. Also, they don't have any chance to change or re-schedule any flight."

Queixes: "To check a bag is about $75 if you do it at airport. We witnessed a number of people who had done carry on from Athens to Santorini not be able to do carry on back. It's a scam on the Island. The bin in which you have to fit your bag is smaller on Santorini."

Avantatges: "Boarding was like any other boarding, it went fine, but then we had to sit on runway for about 30 minutes or so. Not a huge deal. I keep myself busy on computer so flight went quickly."
Queixes: "Flight crew was not happy and they didn't even pretend to be. Seats were not comfortable at all and mine even had a huge tear in it so it just bugged my back side the entire flight. Food was not good at all! Salad smelled moldy. Oh yeah, and I ended up paying extra for my bags that were exactly the same as my husbands but he was not up charged. Between the c crew and the constant selling and up charges, I would rather pay more for a different company."

Avantatges: "Not much cheap airline that get you to book a cheap fare then over charge you on everything else. Surprised these crooks don't charge for air. If you are flying business with no luggage it's ok."
Queixes: "Way we boarded a b all together sucked. Why have 2 groups when its first come first in. Wait in airport no seats then stand in a hot bus move to a hot plane and pay 2.50 for water long after flight started . Waters should be given as soon as you sit down in such conditions"

Queixes: "When i read the baggage rate, its only 20 euro, when i got there its 40 euro the lady told me its cheaper on line cuz i was there 6 hours early. I didnt know that i have to buy the baggage ahead of time. It would be nice if its highlighted in red when i bought the tix. Also i had to pay extra 30 euro bec i didnt chk in on line, seriously? What is the point of having a chk un counter? Also i was told to come back 2 hours before my flight . As i said i was there 6 hours eatly, when i came back the chk in on line is already closed. Im sure its a common problem , a lot if ppl paid extra and were complaining, they could have told us or have a sign there. Dont u think 30 euro is a lot to pay for not chking in? Is it only in europe? Its better when we book that ppl shld be warn of the pronlem, i paid extra 210 euro bec there are 3 of us plus the internet there suck at the airport , if you get in on the internet in 2 mins you are out or cant get in gor hours"

Queixes: "I booked an afternoon flight on Volta. They changed me weeks later to a morning flight. I told them I wanted to cancel my earlier flight and preferred a refund instead. I have never received credit for my cancellation."

Queixes: "Missed our connection they did not accommodate at all Wanted to sell us another flight the next day My brother made the flight and him and his girlfriend had to pay 140 euros for carry on and boarding pass THEIR LOW PRICES ARE A SCAM BAIT SND SWITCH"

Avantatges: "I cancelled the trip because in reading the fine print, I found the cost of checking a single small bag almost as much as the cost of the flight itself. Cancellation was accepted but took some effort to do it."

Queixes: "There was zero communication from Volotea over 12 hours of being stuck when a flight was delayed. For a long time I thought the flight was cancelled. Now that I am trying to seek compensation via EU guidelines they are similarly evasive and not helpful."

Avantatges: "Accepted phone scans of our boarding passes. Decent price Nice crew Left a little late but still managed to arrive 15 minutes early on a one hour flight."
Queixes: "I only gave one star for food but I didn't buy any food so I would rather have a "not applicable" category."

Avantatges: "minimum fuss from beginning to end, and no bombarding by emails. their staff all handle carry-on luggage discreetly even when slightly over sized ... Compliments to Volotea."

Queixes: "Due to delays we missed our flight. I emailed and got no response. Tried calling. Office was closed on Saturday. Went to their desk and no one was there. I would like to be reimbursed. I had to then pay for two tickets on Aegean Airline totalling $400.00"

Avantatges: "Flight was fine once we got going but one staff working made for a long long line and a half hour delay. Staff were excellent though."

Queixes: "Waited to board for 1 hour- no seat assignments- price to pay for checked baggage increases by the hour as your departure nears. The price for a checked bag was €42 at 10am and when I checked again at 11:30am, price was €55!"

Avantatges: "the plane were very old and we felt scared since there was turbulence and the plane showed an unsafe one..."

Queixes: "There was no airline or flight by his name ."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "The Volotea website was very poorly run and thus, we accidentally booked the flight on the wrong date, due to the way the calendar was loaded on the site. We entered the correct date, but somehow we still received flights for 5 days after the date we needed. We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

Avantatges: "Too short of a flight for food and entertainment! Smooth flight. No complaints"

Queixes: "Seating is a bit tight. But ours was a short flight."

Queixes: "Hidden fees everywhere with this airline as well as smaller than usual carry-on requirements. My carry-on that fit everywhere else but cost me an extra 40 euros to check with this airline. Also a young women was told at the check-in counter that her carry-on was acceptable but at the gate was told different. They then preceded to demand 60 euros cash as a penalty. Just wasn't right."

Queixes: "The next flight they had to my destination was 3 DAYS later. Therefore, I had to purchase another three tickets with a different carrier and got NO credit for the missed fight with Volotea. BAD Business."

Avantatges: "Volotea flight was good and I would fly Volotea again but checking in at the Santorini Airport is Chaos for all airlines Santorini Airport needs to organize the check in area with better barriers especially for the very long line of psgrs lining up for security Without barriers it's unclear where the line ends and where those joining the line should go therefore causing a lot of confusion and people trying to bud in"

Avantatges: "We printed the boarding passes a week prior and we were ready to go! However Volotea emailed us 24 hours prior to tell us some information had changed and we had new boarding passes. We were worried that we had to pay extra as we were already traveling and could not print the new boarding passes. It was no problem! We downloaded the app and the crew just scanned the app boarding passes. It was a huge relief."

Avantatges: "Nothing, flight was cancelled 6 months ago and I still have not received my refund."
Queixes: "Flight was cancelled 6 months ago and I still have not received my refund."

Avantatges: "Errrm...that we actually got to Palermo alive, that was nice."
Queixes: "Kind of sneaky with the hand luggage, you may well have the guidelines in small print somewhere, but you really should allow people to check their bags in online before the flight, as opposed to paying 80 euro per bag, so 160 euros for two bags that didn't even weigh 10kgs each. RyanAir would have been able to fly us the same trip for that alone, with bags! Then when we were boarding, both of our seats were taken - the flight attendant said "Welcome to Italy". So, that's our story. In a nutshell, overpriced, and didn't get the seats on our boarding passes..."

Avantatges: "price was great for our flight, otherwise it was like any other flight, nice attendants, nice clean plane, on time"

Queixes: "Plane delayed for 2 hours. Small, cramped airport(Santorini) with no working men's restroom."

Queixes: "attendant in the check in was horrible. not nice, rood, when we tried to ask questions at the end told us "bye" and called next. prices are high for luggage check in, the standard size of the hand luggage is very small and not fair. plain was very very old. overall, bad experience."

Avantatges: "On time"
Queixes: "Extra charge (30 Euros) for printing a boarding pass. Seats are uncomfortable"

Avantatges: "I liked how they played music"
Queixes: "My luggage was lost and still has not been located. The bag tag number was entered incorrectly numerous times with different agents over the phone as well as at the airport."

Avantatges: "Nothing to be honest."
Queixes: "When we checked in my bag was 21 kg and she gave me trouble with that even though we had to pay extra for the bag in the first place. And then since it was a backpack we had to take it to a different location to drop it off for check-in. She also wasn't too friendly either. The flight was an hour and a half delayed. In fact each time I have flown with volotea the airplane hasn't been on time and hasn't even taken off by the time the flight was scheduled to land! The seats were close and the ride was not comfortable. I absolutely will not be using this airline again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone."

Avantatges: "Punctuallity"

Avantatges: "Our family of 4 flew Bordeaux to Split; 3 of 4 bags arrived as scheduled. Volotea DID find and deliver the lost bag on the 7th day. So all was happy in the end."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "The flight was delayed , no communication, no bus arrived at the gate to take us to the plane , no communication , no boarding process whatsoever , no communication , no apology offered , no in flight catering offered free or for purchase , a complete joke of a flight , my worst ever and I have flown all around the world including both poles !"

Avantatges: "Muy buen servicio"

Queixes: "My itinerary gave a 10:35am departure and the plane departed at 10:05am. I had to run through airport, pay a 60 euro self serv handling fee and they checked my carry on when that was uneccesary."

Queixes: "Get what you get with discount airline, but booking, travel, arrival went without a glitch"

Queixes: "Smelled badly of fuel"

Avantatges: "The crew seemed very nice."
Queixes: "The flight could have been on time."

Avantatges: "There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating."
Queixes: "We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly."

Queixes: "Great, prompt service Thank you,Vueling Team From now on , we are you loyal customers"

Queixes: "Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3."

Avantatges: "We made it to Barcelona."
Queixes: "Vueling seems to be late very often. This 40 minute flight flight was over an hour late."

Avantatges: "Nothing"

Queixes: "Did not make my flight as the first flight was delayed over five hours. After calling the 3rd party (kiwi) that kayak sold the ticket through, they were extremely unhelpful and could not accommodate me at all to try to get me on a flight to make my work obligation. Needless to say I missed the meeti"

Avantatges: "Flight was delayed. And the departure time kept changing. To the point that we had to run for the flight"

Avantatges: "Comfortable seat, crew good, left and arrived as scheduled."
Queixes: "Cost of on-board food & drinks"

Avantatges: "Empty plane so I could switch to exit row. The other rows do not have enough room for someone 186cm tall"

Queixes: "Entertainment options."

Avantatges: "Great value. Spacious overhead compartment for bags - no issue being near last to board with larger carry on bags. On time departure and even early arrival."

Queixes: "They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions."

Avantatges: "When check-in online I was given 1st row seats, as a result I was treated as an excellence customer. Great service."
Queixes: "Delayed flight that was a connection and nearly missed my next flight"

Queixes: "Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but we were never properly informed as to when the flight was actually leaving. Therefore instead of being able to sit in a restaurant comfortably waiting. We had to sit at the gate."

Avantatges: "Nothing"
Queixes: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

Queixes: "Couldn’t checkin online due to having an Australian passport, very odd and meant we got stuck in a very slow moving que!"

Avantatges: "Aircraft cabin comfornand cleanliness"
Queixes: "The whole booking experience and costs incurred in our 4PAX booking. Should cost €350 and went to almost €800 when we changed start of trip by one day even though we booked weeks in advance."

Avantatges: "cabin crew was friendly"
Queixes: "ground staff was so trained to brush problems to the customers that never again Vueling, so bad experience compared to Ryanair..."

Queixes: "Sitting at the back of the plane meant that we were the last to be served any food and only had about 20 mins to eat anything that was left over prior to landing. They ran out of most hot food"

Avantatges: "It was comfortable, clean and efficient."
Queixes: "The crew didn’t know f they had any vegan food."

Queixes: "Extra small space. Les that normal."

Queixes: "Food and entertainment don’t apply to my trip"

Avantatges: "I was super tired and fell sound asleep before we even took off. When I woke up they were providing beverage service and the attendant was so sweet and quietly asked if I felt okay. I found that to be so sweet and like they were genuinely concerned."

Avantatges: "Comfort and helpful crew"
Queixes: "Long way from Iberia gate to Vuelling"

Queixes: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Queixes: "50 mins delayed with no apology."

Avantatges: "Quick boarding"
Queixes: "very less leg space which doesn't even permit to head down on front tray."

Avantatges: "Not one thing"
Queixes: "The airline staff from check-in to dismissal were a big mess. No info, no help upon cancellation....Nothing."

Queixes: "First of all we were delayed an hour with no explanation or apology, the service was poor at best, and after all the trouble they managed to lose my bag as well . Two thumbs DOWN"

Queixes: "Everything from the waiting time to boarding"

Avantatges: "Clean plane and bathrooms. Smooth flight. Communicative captain."
Queixes: "At times crew seemed so aloof that I felt I was bothering them just by being there. Flight was delayed (just like the Vueling flight that made me miss my connection the day before which is why I was on this flight to begin with)."

Avantatges: "Quick and easy all the way."

Avantatges: "On time, no charge for checked bag, easy & pleasant."

Queixes: "Worst experience ever. Will not fly with them ever again. Avoid at all costs"
