Avantatges: The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great.

Queixes: The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes.

Avantatges: Crew were excellent

Queixes: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Avantatges: Perfect

Queixes: Nothing. Flight was amazing

Avantatges: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Queixes: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Queixes: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Avantatges: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Queixes: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Avantatges: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Avantatges: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Avantatges: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Queixes: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Avantatges: The entertainment was ok.

Queixes: Everything else was terrible. From check-in to boarding to flight.

Avantatges: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Queixes: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Queixes: Customer service from the crew, it could be nicer and better attitude and more positive.

Queixes: The flight attendants from Sao Paulo to Newark, didnt seem like they wanted to be working. They did their job but with no enthusiasm to be there

Queixes: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Queixes: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Avantatges: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Queixes: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Avantatges: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Avantatges: The food was great and the screw were nice and young .

Queixes: The boarding process and charging 95 dollars for an extra bag is crazy.

Avantatges: Much more comfortable than I expected. Attentive flight attendants.

Avantatges: The flight attendants are terrific. A huge packed plane and all were well cared for. The food, while not thrilling, was actually hot.

Queixes: Not enough closed captioning in the onboard entertainment system.

Avantatges: All flights take off on time and arrived on time.

Avantatges: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Queixes: Window did not darken like the others.

Avantatges: Great atmosphere, crew was excellent!

Queixes: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Avantatges: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Queixes: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again
