There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Queixes: "More realistic options to upgrade. Example I can board a train in London and upgrade to first class for £20 to Edinburgh. If you have a coach class or business class empty. Have capacity to feed extra or not. Last minute upgrades can be both a revenue stream and another option to further satisfy some customers. Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Long walk from C3 to B14 . By the time for of the plane and reached my connecting gate t8gey were already boarding . Dubai is too big"

There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. A pesar de pedir que me desembarcaran en Buenos Aires porque sabía que iba a perder mi conexión en Estambul a colombo no quisieron. Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"
Queixes: "La tripulación es muy brusca, no informan y tratan mal a los pasajeros. La línea aérea no intentó ganar tiempo para facilitar a los pasajeros que pudieran hacer sus conexiones. Horrible"

Queixes: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Avantatges: "Perdí el vuelo por conexión, tuve que hacer otro vuelo a Frankfurt para salir de ahí. 5 aereopuertos en menos de 24 hrs y nadie daba solución."

Avantatges: "Se demoró más de 2 hrs y perdí la conexión trasncontinental. El servicio lo dió otra aerolínea pequeña, asociada a Lufthansa y nunca nos dijeron, buscamos el vuelo en pantallas por Lufthansa y nunca se anunció que era por la otra línea casi perdemos ese vuelo por cero atención o información"
Queixes: "Avisar cuando sea operado el vuelo por otra aerolinea. Ser puntuales por las conexiones."

Queixes: "Pague el servicio de internet dentro del avión y nunca funcionó, a pesar de que intentaron ayudarme"

Queixes: "Al hacer el check in, la forma de distribución de la página es diferente a la del avien en que nos enviaron y me dieron otros asientos diferentes de como los había solicitado"

Avantatges: "The food was better than most other airlines"
Queixes: "The boarding process is confusing. Checking the passports separately in the same area boarding lead to a lot of congestion and confusion. The boarding pass reading machines often didn't work. It looked like passengers in higher classes couldn't use the economy machines."

Queixes: "Me gusta como funciona vuestra manera clasica,por favour no cambies"

Avantatges: "La amabilidad de la gente a bordo. Mi pantalla no funcionaba y la reiniciaron la cantidad de veces que fue necesario"

Avantatges: "United es pésimo. No lo vuelvo a usar"
Queixes: "United no tiene procesos y. nos tuvieron con el Vuelo atrasado. Cambiando puertas y el avión lo cambiaron. Luego el Siguiente nos regredaron a media hora de vuelo. Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Avantatges: "El boeing 747 es excelente"
Queixes: "La atención de un par de azafatas al no saber español no fue bueno el trato, mientras que con otra azafata no hubo problemas y nos ayudo a poder cambiar de asientos ya que eramos 5 personas y nos dieron los 5 asientos separados aun estando con niños"

Avantatges: "el avion de dos pisos fue un lujo, y me encanto poder comer con cubiertos de metal y no de plastico."
Queixes: "Mi pantalla se congelo, pero como era de noche, preferi dormir"

Avantatges: "La tripulación muy bien, pero hubo una falla en el sistema de aire acondicionado y empezö a oler a quemaso y salir humo... fue una negligencia seguir volando asi con ese problema, tuvimos que haber parado en el.aeropuerto mas cercano... nos pusieron en riesgo a todos..."
Queixes: "Las bebidas en el vuelo y el abordaje tan lento."

Avantatges: "Me encanta el aeropuerto de Munich , de oos mejores del mundo"

Queixes: "Seats are super tight and very uncomfortable for tall people."

Avantatges: "I booked with Lufthansa, but this was a United flight. I prefer United's boarding process with multiple groups to Lufthansa's single group. Lufthansa's leads to a very very long line 20 minutes before boarding starts."
Queixes: "United had fewer movie options, fewer meals, and worse food than the Lufthansa flight we took when we traveled to Frankfurt. It was also delayed two hours due to mechanical issues. I will have to pay more attention when I book next time to avoid United flights."

Avantatges: "Todo correcto, dieron tentenpie. No pidieron dni al embarcar solo passbook. Dni en facturacion solo, mas rapido."

Avantatges: "Bastante bien todo!, maletas y material deportivo con recogida en munich rapida. Avisos en movil con la app sobre puertas de embarque y cinta recogida estupenda. Picnic en vuelo. Repetir bebida."

Queixes: "Muy corta transferencia entre el vuelo Mexico - Munich y el vuelo Munich ademas de que el vuelo Mexico - Munich salio con 20 minutos de retraso, el personal de lufthansa no me ayudo a facilitar mi movimiento a traves del aeropuerto."

Avantatges: "Attendants very nice. Movie selection...OK....not great ON TIME!...except"
Queixes: "Food mediocre in economy class Seat back in front of me was stuck in non upright position by 1.5 inches which made me feel uncomfortable...too cramped. Pilot landed us early & then we sat on tarmac for 30 mins + because gate wasn't ready!"

Avantatges: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Queixes: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Avantatges: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Queixes: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

The plane was hot and no air to be found. This was all after we had to get back off the plane before takeoff. It was terrib"

Avantatges: "El crew abordo es algo frío pero siempre es muy cordial y responsable. Fue un vuelo a tiempo y rápido, pude llegar a mi conexión sin problema. Pedí menú vegetariano y lo cumplieron a la perfección."
Queixes: "En Kayak habia pagado un extra para elegir asiento, pero no me lo reservaron a la hora de hace rato check in online, les recomiendo que no lo paguen y hagan check in las 30 hrs antes señaladas y elijan lugar o paguen el extra directo en la página de KLM."

Avantatges: "Amabilidad personal vuelo. Amplitud asientos."
Queixes: "Perdimos la conexión por un retraso en el vuelo y tuvimos que hscer cola durante horas para cambiar el vuelo y tuvimos que budcarnos el hotel por nuestra cuenta. Fatal servicio de klm en schipool."

Queixes: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"
