Avantatges: There is nothing to like about the flight

Queixes: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Avantatges: The crew was helpful, well spirited, and timely.

Queixes: The inflight TV monitors didn't work.

Avantatges: All the way unti dinner everything went fine. Once dinner started all good things up to now everything went down the drain. The crew were rude, unprofessional and disgusting. Everything else was excellent. Arlindo Fernandez

Avantatges: Service was good food was very good.

Avantatges: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Queixes: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Avantatges: Crewwere polite and competent. Seats felt a little cramped.

Avantatges: Seats were comfortable.

Queixes: There was no food or drinks on an international flight - you had to pay for even a coffee or tea ...... not acceptable!

Queixes: Was overnight flight but food was served very late and lights were on for a while so people were getting drunk and loud with free alcohol served but no milk for toddlers available.

Avantatges: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Queixes: Don’t sell an unrealistic connection time

Queixes: It was good enough.

Avantatges: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Queixes: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Avantatges: Nothing!

Avantatges: The flight crew were amazing and had lovely gifts for our daughter

Queixes: the flight was late and no food or drinks were available without paying rather high prices

Avantatges: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Queixes: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Avantatges: UP TO THE MARK I EXPECTED

Queixes: A PILLOW WOULD BE GOOD, MAKING THE FLIGHT MORE COMFORTABLE

Avantatges: Got us there safely

Queixes: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Avantatges: Crew was nice.

Queixes: We had paid for reserved seats. When we got to the gate they were not there. Got bad seats to fly six hours. Left an item on the plane. No help tracking it down. No one would give us a phone number or how to go about locating it.

Avantatges: It was on time, very smooth flight. Price was great, bought last November, $365 round trip non stop

Queixes: Seats too close together

Avantatges: Check-in was fast and efficient in Boston. Crew was friendly with good service.

Queixes: No legroom. If they're giving this little legroom they shouldn't allow seats to recline.

Avantatges: The movie/tv selection was extensive

Queixes: I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic.

Avantatges: Nothing

Queixes: Snack and some complimentary wifi or entertainment

Queixes: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Avantatges: Keep it up with great services. !! Thank you!

Avantatges: The connection was way too tight.

Queixes: Hel-LAX flight was ok. LAX and connecting flight were bad, slow and delayed frequently.

Avantatges: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Queixes: Nothing

Queixes: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Avantatges: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Queixes: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Queixes: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Avantatges: TAP is great to fly, friendly, safe and solid, nice crew

Queixes: Ummmm delayed both flights were delayed, it was annoying

Avantatges: Crew was friendly and efficient. The flight got in slightly early. Baggage was swiftly delivered after our arrival.

Queixes: Very little legroom. I would have appreciated a small lunch item, beyond a tiny bag of almonds or two small cookies. But this is where we are these days with air travel.

Avantatges: They got us there on time and safe.

Queixes: Nothing really you guys did a really good job getting me to where I need to go.Thank you so much!!!

Avantatges: The crew was super nice. Everything went smoothly.

Queixes: My gluten free meal had a carrot cake... the first ingredient was Wheat! If you have any type of allergy do not trust their food!

Avantatges: The crew were very nice overall but one flight attendant in particular was incredible. I didn’t get a name but he was friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Queixes: I sat in an emergency row with an empty seat to my left and really did not like how the passenger in the row behind me kept getting up and walking into my row to get his stuff from the bins.

Queixes: Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy

Avantatges: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Queixes: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Avantatges: Easy boarding process

Queixes: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Avantatges: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Queixes: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Queixes: All seats are uncomfortable on all planes

Queixes: Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.

Queixes: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Queixes: There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on.

Avantatges: Lufthansa is a great airline.

Queixes: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....
