Antes de embarcar debería hacerse un chequeo y solo dejar subir un bulto grande a cabina. En los dos vuelos tuve que llevar mi único bulto (mochila de viaje) en los pies, por lo que fue más incómodo todavía."

Queixes: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

Te dicen que puedes descargarlo en tus dispositivos móviles, pero ni en el móvil, ni en la tablet ni en el ordenador lo conseguí, con lo que se hace muy pesado el vuelo sin tener acceso a películas."

Queixes: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

Queixes: "It was an awful experience. They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all of the hotels there are full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Queixes: "Booked online for British Airways. Wasn't clear that it was operated by Vueling a budget airline. I payed extra for British Airways specifically to avoid the budget carriers. Vueling charged for everything (nickel and dimed) as expected, line through ticketing was extremely long, and of course there wasn't any entertainment for the flight. I wish kayak would have been very clear that it was not a British Airways flight. Paid extra for nothing."

Queixes: "The seats on the plane were fixed, so you can't lean back, and it's hard to fall asleep. Nothing is served on the plane (without payment). It could be nice if they would serve water to the passengers, as other low-cost companies do."

Avantatges: "My flight got cancelled. I paid 217 euro to fly at a comfortable time and ended up having to take the earliest flight of the day. Vuelong did not contact me at all in regards to the cancellation."

Queixes: "Since the moment of the Check in at the Counter. The attendant was extremely UNPOLITE. Insisting that I must have brought a printed boardng pass. I had to explain several times, that I tried to do it on line and even bought a few more things for my ticket, but I could not get a Ticket to print because the system kept on telling me that as the passport was not european I had to go to a Counter. The attendant was not happy with my answer and kept askng for it. I then told him that as a customer of Ryanair I can not manage your system. And he even replied by saying. Qoute " I have nothing to do with Ryanair. Then at the moment of boarding. Once we were let through BP control, then The crew kept us waiting in different stages All in All around 45 mins, which of course lead to delay in flight. Then on board, the crew was having difficulties with the service even to the point that they could not take our payment with an International Credit Card"

Queixes: "You have to print pass or you are charged at counter. Bag costs are insane. They make up their money in fees"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed 1h 30min. We lost our connection to New York and hs to buy a new ticket that cost us over 500usd each. Its incredible how little preocupation you put on getting to destination in time."

Queixes: "Huge delay of 9.5 hrs No indication of issues Bought a priority boarding ticket but no queue for it Seats as uncomfortable as always"

Queixes: "Worse experience I ever had with an airline in over 45 years of flying. They charge you if you don't check in online but it took me numerous attempts over a couple of days to check in. The website is horrible. I checked a bag online but when I got to the check in they had no record of it and I had to pay extra. If you are not an EU citizen you have to present a printed boarding pass. If you are traveling this can be difficult. That flight was over a half hour late and no explanation was given. It was an almost one hour wait for bags. I will never use this airline again."

Queixes: "Search was changed to the 14th with me noticing and I mistakenly booked it. Costumer service was unreachable."

Queixes: "Carrying my bag and my wife's bag up the steps to the plain."

Queixes: "The flight was overcrowded, cramped, and loud. The passengers were boisterous with no attempt by the crew to control them for the comfort of other passengers."

Queixes: "Flight was delayed, boarding process was extremely slow. The flight attendants were very rude. No space to walk through the middle of the plane if more than 1 person was up."

Queixes: "I understand that this is a budget airline, but i think just because it is a low cost airline, the staff shouldnt also treat customers lowly too. The agent at the desk with an ID number of 2456 was rude and told my friend in a rude manner "you ahouod know how to read" without giving clear instructions on how to check in and print boarding passes."

Queixes: "The flight attendant was very rude and the way she stared at me because I told her the free spot was for my bag... It hurt me. The flight attendant they should be with a smile on their face and try to help the passengers, not treat them like rubbish."

Avantatges: "It was too hot on the flight. Felt like I was suffocating."

Queixes: "We departed an hour late. The crew was very unprofessional. The landing wasn't good. Kept the light on."

Avantatges: "The flight attendants wont stop talking the whole flight, the temperature is so cold and the lights are never turned off, which makes it impossible for you to sleep on the plane."

Queixes: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"

Avantatges: "Super quick and easy check in"
Queixes: "No in flight entertainment or reclining seats."

Queixes: "I have flown budget airlines before, but this takes it to a new level. I would frankly pay more to not have to be nickeled and dimed."

Avantatges: "Pricing of flight itself was great."
Queixes: "Having to actually print out boarding passes to avoid a $60 charge. Bagge charges for first bag of about $35 each."

Avantatges: "Flight was wonderful everyone very couteous"
Queixes: "I had a 10 pound pair of ankle weights removed from my check on bag and I paid $99 for my extra 9 kg, and I thought I had paid for 20kg. But the ankle weights were removed and it will cost me $50 to replace them!! I would like a credit for this. Bishopkyle@outlook.com"

Queixes: "The checkin process was not simple. I was sent to customer service twice, given misinformation twice and the agents were generally unhelpful. It cost 75 euros to check baggage for this flight. I have been traveling throughout Europe for several weeks and this by far the most complicated mode of transportation. Flight was delayed, baggage was slow. They charge a fee to checkin? Avoid this airline if possible."

Queixes: "We were stuck on the plane for about 40 minutes after takeoff with no AC because they couldn't start the engines? I am not really sure if that was the reason they gave us zero communication..."

Queixes: "Check in is too slow. Method is cumbersome. They need technology. Staff unfriendly."

Queixes: "We started boarding and were taken to a hall to wait. Then we were taken on a bus and then we finally boarded. The waiting period was very annoying. They should have started boarding when they were actually ready to board. Also, not enough luggage space for the amount of passengers."

Queixes: "Seats don't recline. No leg room. Cattle car feel!"

Queixes: "Horrible boarding. Long lines even though we paid for priority seating . Steep steps to board plane. Uncomfortable seats. They don't take American credit cards. Soooo you can't get a glass of water"

Queixes: "No space on the back of seat to place a laptop or book, no way to charge phones. In flight snacks and light drinks were not free."

Queixes: "This bullshit airline cost me an extra $1000. I never even made it to Porto because of this airline. I had to buy another fight to Lisbon so I wouldn't miss those hotel reservations also."

Queixes: "had to pay E.45 extra at the counter because "didn't pre-check online", which feels like there is no point in even trying to use cheap tickets if they charge you for extra things without a warning"

Avantatges: "Now that I know how to do the booking, I would certainly use your airline again as I really appreciate the low fare."
Queixes: "Buying the ticket online for the first time was confusing so I did not reserve a seat, pay for extra luggage or print out my boarding pass until almost too late. Please list the above much more clearly for first time users."
