Avantatges: "The crew was very friendly and helpful."

Avantatges: "The plane was comfortable. The headrest was great and the seat pitch and recline were decent. I was able to sleep better with Swiss than with other airlines like Lufthansa or Delta. They are much better overall for sure. The food and staff were excellent! The food quality is very good compared to the other airlines. The cabin crew are always passing around water and chocolates throughout the flight. They were friendly and helpful as well. The pilots were also very good. We had no rough turbulence and their landing skills were amazing."
Queixes: "The boarding procedures could be improved. They don't have zones and everybody just line up. Families with small children are not accomodated first."

Queixes: "You would think that after spending 1100 on a ticket that a passenger could chose their own seat within 24 hours of their flight. Nope. They wanted me to pay for my seat after already spending 1100. Then they said I was randomly selected for a TSA check in Zurich. Seriously. And there was no TSA agent in sight doing the check. It was a Swiss Airline Employee. Never had that happen even in the USA."

Avantatges: "El vuelo fue de delta pero estaba operado por Aeroméxico. El personal de ambas líneas muy grosero. En especial una señorita de Aeroméxico llamada Yadira Díaz que tenía un distintivo de entrevistador literalmente me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera que ella no me iba a atender."

Solicite que me den uno junto a mi esposa y me cambiaron a otro al fondo de tamanio menor que el usual y al lado una persona obesa que ocupaba la mitad de ese asiento. La persona que recibio nuestro equipaje nos hizo cambiar cosas de las maletas por un exceso de 0,5 kg"

Queixes: "Mal señalizado el abordaje en ezeiza, teniendo pantallas que todos podemos mirar, en lugar de anunciar por las mismas el orden de ingreso, no, andaban con cartelitos de carton que apenas se veían y una señora diciendo donde era cada fila, un desastre."

Avantatges: "I love the overwhelming positivity exuded by the stallions in business class. Sometimes good things happen to mediocre coffee, others not so lucky!"
Queixes: "The guy next to me looked like Joel Osteen and his daughter was actually Cardi B. I could feel the existential dread coming from their tray tables. Also, Lemon and Caramel cheesecake? What an awful flavor combination."

Avantatges: "I araised safely in New York and all my luggage finally arrived. I suppose that is good but so much else was bad, very bad."
Queixes: "The morning of my flight I got a notice the departures time was changed by one hour later but to still arrive at the airport at the same time. So I ended up spending almost four hours at the airport before leaving. Boarding was a mess as "groups" were not called but everyone just rushed the gate in mass and we're let on. Staff were functional but looked and acted surly. It was a functional flight in that I arrived at my destination but it was not managed and I did not feel my business was wanted-only my money."

Finalmente nos mandaron a un hotel. Al día siguiente el vuelo salió atrasado y hubo nuevamente incertidumbre con las puertas de salida"

Queixes: "La atención de un par de azafatas al no saber español no fue bueno el trato, mientras que con otra azafata no hubo problemas y nos ayudo a poder cambiar de asientos ya que eramos 5 personas y nos dieron los 5 asientos separados aun estando con niños"

Queixes: "The airport pretty much shut down for awhile so some flights were canceled. Due to the number of people attempting to check in and go through security, I missed my plane and was rebooked in an economy seat. These glitches occur but one would expect Lufthansa to have had a plan to deliver clear directions."

Queixes: "Muy corta transferencia entre el vuelo Mexico - Munich y el vuelo Munich ademas de que el vuelo Mexico - Munich salio con 20 minutos de retraso, el personal de lufthansa no me ayudo a facilitar mi movimiento a traves del aeropuerto."

Queixes: "The fact that I can't use my own headphones and I'm forced to use the cheap airline-provided ones (with the dual plugs). Single biggest reason to not fly Lufthansa, because I can't enjoy the movies!"

Avantatges: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Queixes: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Queixes: "Flight was 1 hour late. Didn’t make up any time while in flight. We came to no gate assigned. Additional delays due to wait for free gate. Unacceptable, missed my connection. Had to stay additional day for rebooked flight."

Avantatges: "Plane was very clean and drink service was frequent."
Queixes: "The gate was older, not well appointed and far from shops and better dining. We lined up only to be taken on a very long shuttle ride to the plane. I have had this experience before but in this case the planes location was virtually on the other side of the terminal. By the time all were boarded, the plane was late by about 15 minutes to takeoff, and we experienced more delay after that so that on arrival we were an hour delayed. Many missed connections in Vienna as a result. Crew seemed tense and on edge."

Avantatges: "Flight attendants were friendly, courteous and helpful"
Queixes: "Always an issue getting in/out of planes at Frankfurt. It takes a long, crowded bus ride to the terminal."

Avantatges: "Crew were polite and accommodating."
Queixes: "Plane temperature was too hot, despite my repeated requests to the crew to lower the temp. No one on this flight opened a single blanket - was that the goal? It was too hot to even sleep."

Queixes: "Croatian Airline checkin service was good but was made to check in carry on. However, baggage clerk was extremely hostile and wanted to charge us for two bags for which we had prepaid. Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

Avantatges: "Nothing! I ended up losing my plane ticket because of Austrian Airlines lack of empathy with me."
Queixes: "First I lost my United Airlines flight because of security reasons. I checked in Guatemala but I was delayed at the Airport's security too long, it was beyond my control. Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

Avantatges: "Make sure your carry on luggage is less then 8 kg. Or you would have to check it at your own cost. The food is OK but the portion is very small. If you want a window or isle seat, it would’ve cost you 30 euro to reserve it. The crew is very nice. I guess because the air fare is very cheap, they need to do everything to make the extra cash."

Queixes: "I was at the back of the plane with the constant cold air breeze, it was impossible to avoid!. I caught heavy cold and still recovering!"

Queixes: "Rudest flight attendants I've ever witnessed. No food or drink for six hours. Bad entertainment selection."

Avantatges: "Amazing crew, very good food and coffee. Extremely happy with the Austrian Airlines. From now on I will try to fly mainly with this company. Thank you to all crew members of flight 087 from Vienna to New York on Sunday, 29 May 2017."

Avantatges: "Austrian airlines did not have enough passingers and they transfer my father who is very sick and old to turkish airline."
Queixes: "Unprofessional very, very!"

Avantatges: "I was pleased by the comfort of the seats, the staff on board and the flight itself. The flight actually did not seem at all like 9 hours. And it arrived exactly on time."
Queixes: "The crew at the airport before boarding was a little impolite. As people were getting ready to board and waiting in the line, they were told to go back to customer service to register passports and get new boarding passes, without prior announcement. That could have been avoided if they informed us."

Avantatges: "Staff was very kind. I'm not a needy person, but they offered continuous service."
Queixes: "This is for Kayak's app- Usually I get a special meal request through the agent, but could not do it on Kayak's app, and Lufthansa and Austrian did not recognize my booking code from the ticket purchase confirmation email to do it on their website directly. Please look into both issues. This is for my whole trip and not the above mentioned destination."

Avantatges: "The Crew was perfekt The Wheelchaire Service was also perfekt Food tasted good"
Queixes: "The only trouble was 1:15 h delay ,but this depended on the weathersituation how I believe!"

Queixes: "It was pretty chilly on the flight throughout the entire way. Please use more heat next time. Thank you!"

Avantatges: "It would be nice to see AUA learning from other airlines on how to board a plain. To date it is chaotic, unorganized, messy and unnecessarily unfriendly. Interestingly enough it compares well to the non-existing system for lining up at Skilifts in Austria: Use force to squeeze everybody around you or cheat your way in sidewise. Not exactly my cup of tea."

Avantatges: "in this case, nothing"
Queixes: "1.15h delay - sitting in full air craft without aircondition cold, not profi behavior no please, no sorry, no "what would you like..." none nice word"

Avantatges: "1st class should board last, it just makes mire sense for a lot of reasons. Also 8kg carry limit is rediculous and loosely enforced. We were clearly selected to check our bags. There were others with bags heavier and larger than ours that were permitted to stuff them in their overheads."

Avantatges: "My bag didn't make my connecting flight so I guess they upgraded me because of that. Exceptional service, food and comfort. Ground staff at Vienna and crew were wonderful."

Avantatges: "Crew and boarding were fine. But nothing to crow about. Just not stressful."
Queixes: "That was the most uncomfortable flight I have had. It was hard fora short flight, though sitting so close to another passenger, side and front was stressful. Plus, my back was killing me by the end of the short flight- and the long flight from Europe to the US was hard. It was pretty much knocking elbows with the passenger next to me when eating. And mind you- no passenger in my row as any larger than the average person. The seat recline was fine and marginally helpful in relieving back strain- except it did put you in the lap of the passenger behind you. The passenger across the aisle from me shoved the seat in front of her and told the passenger in front of her he could NOT recline. The passenger next to her (I assume her husband) joined in with the shoving. I finally felt a need to intervene and calm them down as it began to escalate- and I did want the flight to continue. Note- while I think the passengers shoving the seat were a bit rude- the crowded nature of the seating with the recline was hard, so I understand. But the person in front had a reason (and a NEED given the discomfort) to lean his seat back. The seats were simply too uncomfortable to keep them upright. I helped them find a recline for both passengers that was reasonably okay. I also tried to get my recline somewhere between comfortable for me (impossible) and reasonable in space for the person behind me, This is an airline problem. And when people wonder about the rise in passenger rage... this cramming in is it. I had to use Austrian because of a last minute need to book a flight- given the inability to relax even a little and the residual back and leg pain ... thus my ability to immediately jump into work during a busy work and travel schedule means that I will definitely not take this airline again. If you are shorter than 5' 5 and weigh about 100 lbs- this might be okay. Otherwise, expect to be a lot of rats shoved in a cage."

Queixes: "KLM lost my suitcase and did not deliver it until three days later... They refused to compensate me for having delivered the bag with broken articles inside (A pair of Rayban Wayfarers!)"

Queixes: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Avantatges: "En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min."
Queixes: "Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción."

Avantatges: "Staff were professional and polite."
Queixes: "Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these."
