Queixes: Food needs a taster to approve it. Not in the laboratory but on the plane

Avantatges: I got an aisle seat right near the bulkhead with so much leg room. There were so many free amenities. It was the biggest plane I'd ever seen - very well kept and clean. Crew was nice and quick with service.

Avantatges: Apart from the delay everything was quite good.

Queixes: The delay of over 1 hour was a bit nerve-racking as we were close to missing our connecting flight.

Avantatges: Everything and everyone are Good and Nice .

Queixes: For a long flight ( 16 hours or more ) , if someday I can afford First Class , that’s make my life . Thanks

Avantatges: The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful

Avantatges: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Queixes: Not losing my luggage

Avantatges: The crew and service were welcoming, caring and attentive

Queixes: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Avantatges: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Avantatges: Food was good, on flight entertainment was good, crew was friendly and accommodating. No major complaints! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very impressed

Queixes: The basic economy was snug but I was okay with it. I only wished my seat reclined a bit further but I was up against a back wall so others in further aisles up had much better reclining distance.

Avantatges: After we missed our flight, we were provided with terrible customer service.

Queixes: We were told to go to the wrong gate. After we missed our flight, we were charged 880 USD to book for the identical flight the following day. We were taken around in circles inside the airport. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Avantatges: Very good leg room and comfortable seat.

Queixes: Outstanding airline either to IST or beyond!
