Avantatges: The portion for LAX to Doha was fairly comfortable and crew was helpful.. they kept running out of meal options by the time they reached us mid flight .. Doha to Bengaluru portion was less classy— the TV/ remotes etc didn’t work well and overall service not as good ..

Queixes: Connection time at Narita is too long

Queixes: The flight was fantastic. It was a long flight but the flight attendants took excellent care to keep us comfortable.

Avantatges: Flight went well and was on time. 2nd best experience for economy seat.

Avantatges: The crew was polite, responsive and friendly. The food was very good and served hot. For a flight to Japan, I thought $1,000 round trip direct from Boston was an excellent price considering you got 2 complete meals and additional snacks. Much more than I expected. Would fly Japan Airlines again.

Queixes: I don't think there was much that could have been improved. The seats were as comfortable as could be expected when paying an economy price.

Queixes: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Queixes: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Queixes: For a long flight ( 16 hours or more ) , if someday I can afford First Class , that’s make my life . Thanks

Avantatges: Fast and easy to board nice crew worked fast and smooth large proposal for entertainment

Queixes: more diversity of beverage offered Also please propose coffee or tea before/after dinner and breakfast, nobody proposed me and I thought it would come later but nothing came. I should have asked before the end of the service but I was surprised it wasn't coming automatically.

Queixes: 4 hour delay ON the plane for an 11+hour flight? They could have deplaned us. The flight attendants were rude. Worst flight of my life - never flying China East airlines again

Queixes: The seats provide very little space which is especially bad during such a long flight, the food options are really bad and limiting for those who don't eat red meat or don't eat meat at all, this is the only flight i've ever been on where i was asked to take out my headphones during take off and 30mins-1hr before landing, the aircraft itself is incredibly dated and left in disarray often.

Avantatges: Lie flat seats in business class are very comfortable. Got a nice 10 hour sleep on the flight across. Bathrooms are clean and clean smelling and large. Crew pleasant and efficient.

Queixes: China Eastern seems to be cutting corners in Business Class - cheap headphones, significantly reduced food quality, non-functional WiFi and cabin attendants with very limited English fluency.
