Avantatges: The room was comfortable and the restaurant served a good breakfast (included with our room) as well as good food for dinner.

Avantatges: The staff at the front desk was great! They accomodated my request for a larger room for our 7 day stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Desavantatges: The restaurant staff seemed slow in service.

Avantatges: El hotel está situado en una zona ideal de Londres. Se puede ir caminando a tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. El personal es amable y atento sin ser pesados. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien equipadas.

Desavantatges: You sent us an email to check into the hotel with time of check in room floor etc We filled this in sent it back and you sent back confirmation of our check in on the morning of the booking When we arrived at the hotel we were told by the duty manager they did not have a room for us Reason was the person did not move out of the room This of course is utter rubbish I believe the true reason is we booked the room through you at a discounted rate they were then able to sell the room at full rate so we were left without a room Of course this teachers us and others a lesson never to deal with you again and never stay at the Chelsea Harbour We could of course been informed earlier in the day but nobody even cares when you are paying cheap rates You get what you pay for in this world In this case nothing

Desavantatges: El tamaño de la habitación era extremadamente pequeño pero eficiente, no hay ascensor para el equipaje

Avantatges: Free WIFI, Friendly staff, convenient location and really close to Shepard's Bush underground station. Lots of restaurants and bars near by.

Desavantatges: The fire alarm went off and had to evacuate at 6:00, and not because of a fire but because of a broken water line which left us without hot water. Parking is about 20 pounds per day if you drive there. The lobby turns into a night club on Saturdays, with a DJ and all, did not really bother me, but I could see how now everyone would be into that.

Avantatges: Selected as VIP of the day and upgraded to a suite FOC. Suite was fantastic. Huge comfy bed

Desavantatges: Bathroom drains smelt a little bit

Avantatges: Staff were excellent and friendly.

Avantatges: You don’t have to be a football fan to enjoy this location. It is a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of Fulham/ Broadway and a longer walk to fascinating Thames River walks which you will need to do to help work off the delightful and bountiful buffet breakfast.

Avantatges: most staff trustworthy and help staff,

Desavantatges: rooms need modernisation and update. some of the staff had a real attitude problem

Avantatges: Multiple stays at Ibis Earles Court. Never disappointed. Great breakfast. Clean, safe area, very convenient to tube and helpful staff.

Avantatges: Great food, room was good. location was good.

Desavantatges: i was not expecting hidden charges on top of bill, i thought the tax was included in the price i was quoted, when booking the room on the website.
