Avantatges: Fantastic Hotel Experience! The room, lighting and British-ish decor of the room was just what we were looking for. Everyone in the hotel was friendly, the room luxurious and yet affordable compared to other 5 star hotels nearby (our stay was half the price of other 5 star hotels closer to Buckingham palace and with a kind bed). Centrally located, the Langham was only a 10 minute walk from public transportation and minutes away from a Starbucks. If traveling with an infant, you have access to a refrigerator and can request a crib. LOVED the club room w/ complementary breakfast (6:30-11am) and tea time (2-4pm) was a great treat! Access to two restaurants, a bar and cub room provided many food options. Morning and evening room service was very luxurious. Definitely coming back and recommending.

Avantatges: Very luxurious, extremely friendly staff and a probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. We were there for our wedding night and the hotel very kindly upgraded us to an executive suite. The fact the hotel manager had hand-written a (fairly lengthy) congratulations card, and left us some 'congratulations' sweets and cakes was also a very thoughtful touch. Would highly recommend for a treat or anyone looking for a bit of luxury in London.

Avantatges: I find the facilities & staff are most welcoming, friendly & always available. I have been using this London Hotel for many years, in fact when it was called The Royal Lancaster Hotel. I do hope it will revert to that title in the future. Thank you to all for making me feel " @ home" while enjoying my stay.

Avantatges: Nos encantó todo sobre el Radisson! No se puede ir mal, las habitaciones son gigantes y con camas de tamaño king se obtiene la más cómoda para dormir por la noche mientras en Londres! Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta, la atención al cliente es absolutamente impecable, que realmente se preocupan por ti y saber acerca de ti, recuerda que es muy bonito sentir que, especialmente después de las 12 horas de viaje en 8 zonas horarias para llegar allí. Avantatges: The room and facilties were large for a London hotel at that room rate. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the robes that were provided

Avantatges: Well we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Mayfair and the staff could do more for us. We come back to our room to find a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, such a great supprize for both myself and the wife. Would we stay again definitely 100%.

Avantatges: Conveniente y céntrica ubicación, muy cómodo

Avantatges: Staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. Clean, quiet, and modern rooms with big screen TV. Beds are comfortable and relatively new. We were able to check in early for a reasonable fee.

Avantatges: Location is fabulous for tourists and the room seemed pretty clean. I did my own wipe-down with wipes and there wasn't much left behind.

Avantatges: Great location and helpful staff. The staff helped answer all our questions including how to get to heathrow when we were leaving and all the roads were closed do to a marathon downtown.

Avantatges: Location, and the business library is a great place to do work or have a quiet meeting. Wifi in the library is excellent, but not so good in the rooms. The employee's are very helpful and nice to deal with.

Avantatges: Decent sized rooms for London. Clean and well run. Very close to Embankment tube station.

Avantatges: This hotel is "THE" place to stay. Location-Staff-Amenities-Location!!! Excellent location to walk around London en"Joy"ing the sites. Looking at the map you will immediately realize this is a premium place to anchor your rest area. A mere 100 yards from the Charing Cross tube station, this hotel offers a more quiet locale compared to the Piccadilly area (only 1 stop away on the tube). Before I was able to ask for an early check-in the front desk professional politely stated, "If you and your family would like, you may check-in now (at noon--3 hours early!!!). After flying on a 7 hour red-eye inbound these words golden to our bodies. This unexpected blessing let us rejuvenate with a 30 minute nap before we laced up our walking shoes. Without a doubt, this proved to be 'the most invaluable" act of kindness from the staff. According to our Fitbit we then walked over 20,000 steps and 10+ miles taking nearly 500 pictures and fondly did so with smiles--no way we could have done this without that early check-in and needed pre-rest I visited for a quick 24 hours trip (with 2 teenage kids) to gain intel for when rest of family comes so we'll be squared away. Fantastic experience! Please do yourself a favor and simply stay at the CQ Trafalgar Square. Now go to the next item on your travel checklist--the place to stay is solved. Lastly, remember that when writing and reading reviews, we cannot and should not evaluate others in their actions by using "our intentions" as the litmus test to criticize their performance. Translation: If I can only make porridge or PB&J's, I have no authority to critique one who "is" a chef but has different taste buds than my own. Enjoy your trip to this great city wherever you decide to stay and remember the reality of your trip--you are there for the city not the hotel. If anything is less than you believed prior to arrival, simply have a nicer dinner when you're out and bring the staff back a little sweet treat. Your act of kindness will be passed onto a future guest at the hotel. Be Well and Safe Travels :)) PS. Avantatges: Su ubicación es excelente. Muy limpio, con una cocina pequeña con microondas, horno, lavavajillas, hervidor de agua eléctrico. Muy agradable para poder desayunar y no tener que cambiarse de ropa. Muy verde con una cisterna del inodoro que está coronada por un pequeño lavabo donde lavarse las manos y se llena automáticamente la cisterna del inodoro; ingenioso!!

Avantatges: La habitación tenía una cocina americana con una cocina, nevera, lavavajillas y vajilla y cristalería. Estos servicios prácticos para preparar una comida o tomar aperitivos a mano en vez de adquirir cada comida en un restaurante. La habitación era de buen tamaño para un hotel europeo situado en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y bien mantenidos.

Avantatges: Gran ubicación, excelente limpieza, apart hotel con concepto muy bueno.
