Desavantatges: Las reformas aún en curso. La construcción estaba ocurriendo en la habitación de al lado durante el día, en un día de la semana. Ninguna construcción en los fines de semana, y empezó a una hora razonable en días laborables. Pocas comodidades en el hotel, pero no estábamos buscando hacer uso de ellas. Mi esposa no durmió así como ella necesita una almohada con contorno y no había ninguna disponible.

Avantatges: Myself stays in this hotel almost every time when in London. This is because of very friendly and sincere attitude of literally every member of staff. In simple words, they treat you. All the time. Applauds to management keeping such level for years. Other features with the place are pretty much ok as other business hotels in London. I like the area and the building, too but same and even more interesting can be found around easily, of course. Unlike this personal touch I'm telling about.

Desavantatges: windows are not tight (as with all historical buildings) allowing to squeeze in the noise and draughts (the air was pretty cool) but that was easy to stand.

- Have to turn shower head towards wall or downwards first due to strong jet water streams (rather than gentle water shower)

Desavantatges: Our chap was helpful but rather argumentative when I pointed out that the website offered breakfast and none existed. Our displeasure was multiplied when our room was so hot we could not sleep and opening the windows produced endless traffic noise.
