Avantatges: Todo era genial.

Avantatges: We stayed in Apex London Wall for 3 nights over the weekend. We loved the staff, they took the time to answer our questions and provide recommendations for how to get to the airport efficiently. Special shout out to Megan who was beyond helpful during our stay, and was lovely to talk with. The hotel was clean and the rooms are very large for a European Hotel. We were very comfortable during our stay. It is located close to the fun and hip Shoreditch area, which is fun to go out in late night. It is located close to the Bank and Moorgate metro stations, which can connect you to most main sights.

Desavantatges: This hotel is intended more for business travel, as it is located in the Financial District. The area is mostly closed over the weekend and late at night, so it can be difficult to find places to eat around the hotel. For the most part, it takes 20+ minutes to get to most sights on the tube. Also, in regards to transportation, this hotel is very difficult to get to by cab, so be prepared to walk part of the way back to the hotel at night. Definitely a great place to stay for business travel, for sight seeing I would stay somewhere else next time.

Avantatges: Las camas eran increíblemente cómodas. Gran ubicación. El personal es maravilloso. Habitaciones modernas. Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo.

Avantatges: Bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and willing to help give directions and recommendations.

Desavantatges: Breakfast in hotel lobby was not that appetizing. I would recommend finding another spot for breakfast.

Avantatges: El personal de recepción, la habitación, y los desayunos eran geniales.

Desavantatges: La ubicación está un poco fuera del camino si estás pensando en pasar un montón de tiempo en Mayfair y Knightsbridge, así que acabé pagando un montón en taxi. Hay un metro a la vuelta de la esquina; pero mi empresa quería evitarlo.

Avantatges: El hotel Andaz tiene una gran ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro Liverpool St.. Está muy bien cuidado y el personal era muy servicial y atento. También había un montón de personal si necesitas ayuda o información.

Avantatges: The breakfast was very good. Staff over-the-top friendly and eager to please. Room was quite basic and spartan, but very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Desavantatges: The ancient pipes whined like sad puppies every time I used the sink, but I got used to it!

Avantatges: Quiet rooms, good air-conditioning, superb buffet breakfast, complimentary wine in lobby from 6:00-9:00 PM, and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks in room.

Desavantatges: No swimming pool; hallways with heavy and hard to open double security doors.

Avantatges: Fantastic best hotel in london

Avantatges: Red headed receptionist let me wait 30 minutes to check in while I had a lomg flight send traveling with my 4 years old son who was sleeping on my shoulder then she forced to upgrade my room for a fee of 60 euro as an option to stay in the hotel otherwise the room is not good and won't fit us even though we said is ok I sleep with my son in a king size bed. Breakfast was ok but stuff spoke bearly English!!!

Desavantatges: Nada.

Avantatges: Location is superb, right across blackfriars tube and walking distance to numerous attractions. Lovely breakfast, welcoming staff, clean and classy. Highly recommended.

Desavantatges: Internet speed for ihg members is appalling, reminded me the early internet days. No good. Switching to the high speed requires technicians, couldn't be bothered. Did my surfing via my mobile as hotspot instead.

Avantatges: Room was well appointed. Bed was comfortable.

Desavantatges: I arrived very tired with sore feet after a day of work in the City which began straight from an overseas flight. I was given a room key that did not open my room, not because it became demagnetized, but because they gave me a key for a new type of lock while my room did not yet have the new lock installed. I went back down to the desk with all my luggage to have the room key re-issued. They proceeded to re-issue me with a second nonfunctioning key which I discovered after dragging everything back up to my room. At this point I did not to go down a second time, but called to have somebody come up and let me in my room. I was not thrilled. At the end of a very long and tiring day spending 20 to 30 minutes to get into your room is really not acceptable. Had someone called to apologize or send up a small drink or something I would have appreciated it.
