We were honestly impressed by their efforts as we were very late. In addition the plane was comfortable and the entertainment offerinand were great. For such a long flight it barely felt that way."

Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Queixes: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

It was one of the smoothest journeys we have ever had from leaving our hotel to getting home and TAP featured highly in this. We even landed 35mins ahead of schedule - amazing flight with lovely crew."

Old planes, ride staff (even by remarkably curt and abrupt Romanian standards). Broken inline experience. Overall unpleasant. Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

Queixes: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Avantatges: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Queixes: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Queixes: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

Queixes: "Bag drop off was terrible and stressful. We arrived 2.5 Hours early to drop the ONE suitcase and have brunch. We queued for 1.5 Hours to then be blocked as all six counters were given over to another flight and people who arrived LATER then us for our flight got to go first. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."
Queixes: "Flight was cancelled a week before and didn't get a replacement flight. Got half of my money back. Will never book a blue air flight again !"

Queixes: "The fact our original flight was cancelled and we were delayed by 7.5 hours. They communication from the airport crew was little to non and flight time changed 4 times. They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

Avantatges: "I was able to get home the next day rerouted with Lufthansa and they did provide a hotel and gave us a 15$ voucher."
Queixes: "Missed an important day of work. Sat in the airport for 5 hours with little to no comunication from staff. They would constantly tell us they will make an announcement in 5 minutes but never had. JFK Terminal 1 is very unconfortable so that made the stay worse. The problem I had was with the fact that they could not tell us straight we are not going to fly."
Queixes: "I Think is important a little meal or something about ...all its bussines...it's a Fly that not diferent... Brussels Airlines can be a experience....Not JUST a service like all Airlines....marketing its off in this point!"
Avantatges: "No frills quick boarding and helpful attendants, great English. Don't spill drinks on you unlike certain airlines (looking at you Air France) Decent in-flight entertainment system and comfortable plane (well, as far as you can get in an economy) Basically everything related to the actual flight was great."
Queixes: "The fish entree was oversalted, but maybe that's how they eat fish in Belgium. In general airplane food took a huge nosedive in the last 10 years, so I'm not surprised."
Queixes: "Flight was late and I almost missed my connection in Brussels"

Queixes: "I'll begin with the order of sequence of all that went wrong: 1. A huge queu while we were waiting for checkin in Rome (waited for more than 30 minutes) 2. The steward didn't agree to take a gymnastics hoop to the aircraft, despite its being super light. By the way, the inbound flight the hoop was taken into the aircraft; 3. We (family of 3) were seated separately, what made a huge stress to our small daughter. 4. There were no AC socket in Brussels airport (there were, but not charging) during transfer. 5. Our baggage was not delivered, which is very unpleasant :("
Queixes: "Over 2 hour delay"
Queixes: "the cabin crew refused to serve any drinks until they served food and they were only serving front to rear, rather than front & rear to middle. as i was sat right at the rear of the plane it meant i didn't get anything to drink for 30-40 minutes. i thought delta were poor on that front but these guys were ridiculous. as for the food: i don't expect much from airlines but i don't consider cake & toblerone to make a breakfast, even if it was served with orange juice."
Queixes: "The plane was changed and I was given a new seat on the last row without a window. When I complained I was told to move to a middle seat somewhere. In terms of service SN is like a low cost carrier. None."
Avantatges: "The team was nice, the flight took off on time and arrived a few minutes early"
Queixes: "Even though I'm a star Alliance frequent traveler status holder, and the status grants an extra bag on economy class I was forced to pay for my first checked in bag. Furthermore, since I assumed I'll be getting my checked in luggage for free (as it states on the miles and more website) I didn't pay for it in advance a fee of 35$, meaning they made me pay 65$ in the airport."
Queixes: "The on flight entertainment and the very few meals. (In the second flight, there was not even offered coffee!)"

Avantatges: "Rude and incompetent crew/employees. Early morning flight was delayed 30 min and therefore we missed our connection. Representatives at the Brussels airport were incompetent, slow and misleading and on top of all our suitcases were lost and 24 hours later no one can tell us where they are"
Queixes: "There was a very long wait checking in and boarding and there was no kosher food available on the flight."
Avantatges: "Very hardworking crew, always offering extra food, snacks, water, patient with smiles and great attitude Very good food in economy, I was surprised"
Queixes: "4 hour delay"

Queixes: "There was not enough space for our luggage so we had to carry it for the whole flight, the crew didn't even care and there were extremely rude and not nice when we asked where could we leave our luggage, they said no. The flight was delayed for 90 minutes. TERRIBLE airline"
Avantatges: "On time Polite crew They gave an "express pass" for people with short connection"
Avantatges: "Nice to get a snack on such a short flight. I enjoy travelling on the small E145. Small plane means fast boarding and deboarding. Also it's great to have a seat to oneself - both window and aisle!"

Queixes: "Waiting an hour and a half to check the luggage and obtain the boarding pass. Totally unacceptable. They only had a couple of agents to check a full plane and one was dedicated to business class. They said it was to save costs !! Flight was delayed and upon arrival no finger so long wait to deplane again."
Avantatges: "the cabin crew was wonderful. We were delayed by half hour on board they kept us informed and the service was excellent"
Queixes: "Boarding was in crammed area in between easyjet flights. In brussels they parked at the international gates and then an overfull bus took us to the arrivals. Is brussels airlines training fast to become part of euro wings?"
Avantatges: "SN (Brussels Airlines) took on them to organize a flight via Lufthansa. this as soon as they had the info about the strike,."
Queixes: "remained cancelled! Olympic did not bother to help or communicate. it was a flight operated by Olympic !"
Avantatges: "Best business class for travel to and from Europe."
Avantatges: "Your airline 100% better then Air Canada."
Avantatges: "Flight from US was wonderful. Plane had everything you would want. Food was good and seats comfortable."
Queixes: "Flight from Brussels to Kinshasa was different. It seems for the people of color, there was an old plane. My seat mate TV sCreek did not work. You could tell moldings on seat were very old. one bathroom had no soap, dispenser was broken. I hope this is not your pratice to use your older planes for those traveling to Africa. I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."
