Queixes: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Queixes: Mostraron 5 minutos antes la puerta de embarque, este terminal es muy grande por lo que ponen a afnrse a la gente

Avantatges: NOTHING because they cancelled the flight and wanted to charge me 100% more for an alternate flight during the corona virus crisis. They were price gouging which is unforgivable

Queixes: Their leadership has much to do in terms of their actions in a pandemic situation. Shame on them!!!

Avantatges: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Queixes: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Avantatges: TAP is great to fly, friendly, safe and solid, nice crew

Avantatges: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Queixes: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Avantatges: The seats are comfortable.nice leg room.

Queixes: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Avantatges: Service was great and the airplane was very well maintained.

Queixes: More water, I was thirsty most of the time.

Queixes: Everything else was terrible. From check-in to boarding to flight.

Queixes: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Queixes: ATENCION ANTE CAMBIOS DE VUELOS DE AEROLINEAS ARGENTINAS, ASOCIADA NO TUVE RECONOCIMIENTO!!!

Avantatges: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.

Queixes: Include the baggage fee in the price of the ticket

Avantatges: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Queixes: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Avantatges: Very nice airplane and pleasant crew

Avantatges: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.
