Queixes: Don’t loose the luggage

Avantatges: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Queixes: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Avantatges: It was ok

Queixes: Entertainment limited, esp. when you consider passengers may have two or more legs on Brussels Airlines flights Boarding chaotic Some of the crew were rude/ dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers No blankets were passed out, despite the cold temperature on the plane. My bag was lost

Queixes: The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning.

Queixes: The seats are small with very little leg room

Avantatges: The plane was pretty cool. I like the fact that the overhead compartments had enough room. The staff was friendly, too. The piece of chocolate is very tasty.

Queixes: Food on those airplanes is always bad. There were not enough chicken sandwiches and some passengers only were given cheese sandwiches.

Avantatges: Seat was comfortable

Queixes: Had reasonable size carry on and it was frowned upon? Seat was right behind business class and separation curtain just is my laps

Avantatges: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Avantatges: I got me there and back

Queixes: Very good flight and crew.

Queixes: Space is very tight with BA A380 2-3-2 biz class.

Avantatges: One of the staff members at the gate was very courteous and kind when we were late to the counter.

Queixes: At the check-in counter, there were two lines. One that showed Madrid and one for last minute flights. It appeared to be the same line where others were waiting for flights that left at the same time. We were standing in line for 25 minutes for check in before being told it was the wrong line. There was a charge even beverages, which was unexpected.

Avantatges: Everything was great

Queixes: Not much space. Seats were too narow.

Queixes: In flight entertainment system was never turned on and had to pay for any food or drinks, even water.

Queixes: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Queixes: You never gave me the opportunity to pick my seat and I was given a window seat over and back with 2 fat pigs next to me. What the hell were you thinking. You baggage personnel stole the gifts We purchased for our grandchildren in the Baltimore airport terminal baggage area. Where was TSA security?

Avantatges: I liked the ability to check in online. Check in staff could be a little bit friendlier. Flight crew were fairly pleasant. Entertainment on board was excellent.

Queixes: I disliked the fact that when I tried to download my boarding pass on to my BA app, it told me there appeared to be an issue with at least one of my travelling documents when this was absolutely incorrect (was travelling with a valid British passport). I had no problems whatsoever at the airport at the check in counter. Also, the boarding gate was slightly chaotic. Most people didn't know which queue to join at the boarding gate. Some form of clear explanation when you arrive at the boarding gate would be helpful.

Avantatges: British Airways sets the standard for great customer service...even in economy. Great food, helpful cabin crew, and help available everywhere.

Avantatges: British Airways rescheduled our flights. The BA website was easy to find out how to claim additional costs incurred from the rescheduled flight.

Queixes: The flight was rescheduled within 18 hours of departure. We were in Spain on vacation which meant attempting to figure out how to get home with Iberia at the Madrid airport, who helped but was super agitated with us the entire time. When we asked for advice on how to proceed, as this has never happened to us before, they just kept telling us it was British Airways fault and that they had no answers for us. This took about two hours plus an additional hour back at the hotel to cancel our reservations in London and figure out how we were going to get reimbursed for the extra night at the hotel and additional costs. It would've been nice to get all of this information in an email, with the new ticket and instructions on how to claim the extra costs instead of us running around and taking time out of our vacation.

Queixes: Food and wheelchair service dropping me off at inappropriate place & no wheelchair to continue through passport control to Heathrow express train

Avantatges: Flights were on time

Queixes: Flew into 1 concourse a few minutes late had to go through security checks and run to make boarding in another concourse. No place to use the restroom along the way, I will avoid Heathrow at all costs when traveling in the future.

Queixes: estuvo el embarque demorado 1 hora por un problema técnico, tardaron en notificar de la existencia de un problema. No me molestan las demoras por seguridad, creo que son necesarias, pero pienseo que es indispensable una buena comunicación,

Avantatges: Seats were slightly more comfortable than Ryanair.

Queixes: Not making us bounce between gates 3 times because they didn't know where the plane was going.

Queixes: Nicer behaviour from crew, smile is easy.

Avantatges: Cabin crew was nice and accommodating for passengers

Queixes: Lack of leg room

Queixes: Flight delayed & on a 2+ hr flight you don’t give anything free to drink. What a sorry airline. Not even human.

Avantatges: Paid for Business , got a minor economy service .

Queixes: Almost no advantages for business ticket traveller

Avantatges: Crew was okay.

Queixes: That your airline commit to schedules.

Queixes: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.

Avantatges: Flight was canceled. No crew... Alternative: Eurowings via Newark. And then United to Detroit. A totally wasted day...

Avantatges: Entertainment options were great crew was very friendly

Queixes: Luggage was not received. Now being told it will take up to 5 days! Unacceptable performance

Queixes: My wife and I paid for a better seat, (online) but when we boarded they told us that was impossible. They kept our money !!!

Avantatges: Good crew. No crying or screaming children is always good. Dinner was decent & nice that it comes with a glass of wine if you wish.

Queixes: Packed in a sardine can for 9 hours is not fun. Being bussed out to a remote location for a wide bodied plane is crazy. At least at ORD we had a gate.

Queixes: We ended up with two center seats. Person in front put back her seat so I couldn't even fully unfold my service tray

Avantatges: Pillows, blankets and earphones waiting on the seat and it was a lovely crew. Hurricane Dorian made us late for our connecting flight but we were impressed with the efficiency of a waiting rebooked boarding pass upon arrival.

Queixes: Even with an upgraded seat purchase they were uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. This is an ongoing problem on most airlines. One would think that with technology, a better system could be designed...

Avantatges: Crew was friendly
