Queixes: seats were way too cramped - worst flight ever that way - what has happened to Swiss - there is no room - horrible!!!

Avantatges: Liked the time of the flight.

Queixes: 45 min delay , shame ..... always the same problem with Frankfurt airport...

Avantatges: Crew was perfectly fine.

Queixes: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Avantatges: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Avantatges: The kindness of all people working on Swiss was very special

Queixes: The food was not very special, but the chocolates were awesome

Queixes: Wheelchair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates within Terminal 5

Avantatges: The staff was amazing. Took care of the flight well.

Queixes: The seats that I purchased were “premium economy” the only thing premium was the price I have flown premium with other airlines and there is a difference in leg room and seat size. There was none on this flight. The seats were the same size and room as regular economy. Not what I paid for. I will never fly BA again.

Avantatges: We got to London on time

Queixes: Is an old plane with a old hard product needs to be retired or retrofitted

Avantatges: The crew was nice, the food was really good, the plane was clean, and they used reusable silverware and plates to avoid waste.

Queixes: The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel

Queixes: The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning.

Avantatges: Crew was top

Avantatges: Crew was amazing.

Queixes: First leg of our trip on British air on a smaller plane with lots of comfort and room. Our 2nd and long leg was on a larger and newer plane. Leg room and room for the tray table was so tight and uncomfortable for a long Flight. Paid extra for end seating and using British air for transfers through Heathrow as an American Air partner. Will try to avoid the extra cost in the future.

Avantatges: The crew was great and seating an entertainment options were wonderful.

Queixes: Food. Other airlines in Asia have a far better selection of meals.

Avantatges: There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see.

Avantatges: Again staff was very friendly and helpful.

Queixes: That since it was a shorter flight no tvs.

Avantatges: The crew service was very good, as was the food. The only complain is about the entertainment, hope to update the touch screen.

Avantatges: I liked the attentiveness of staff and there was excellent communication between SWISS airlines and customers.

Queixes: I honestly had no issues with my flight.

Avantatges: Orderly boarding process. Considerate reseating when bulkhead with extra legroom were not usable.

Queixes: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Queixes: We had a three hour departure delay in Munich

Queixes: Parents called as soon as the delayed flight caused the young teen to miss her flight, Lufthansa operator verifies only by phone that young teen had a seat in the next flight, UNTRUE! She was ignored at counter, mr. M. Meindle told her to step aside and it was not “worth arguing”! The people she sought direction from, are the ones that left her confused and ignored. Shame on them

Queixes: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Queixes: Crew members in Amsterdam were very rude and disrespectful

Queixes: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Avantatges: Crew was fine. The seat wasn’t different than any other seat in economy class. Nothing special and super-comfortable

Queixes: The seat can be better, I am flying relatively frequently in econom class. It is isn’t getting any better.

Avantatges: TV series “The Name of the Rose” that I really wanted to watch for some time

Queixes: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Avantatges: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight
