Troba vols barats a Londres Stansted

Queixes: Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight.

Queixes: Despegamos tarde de Madrid. Los asientos no son nada cómodos. Podían regalar cascos y tener música.

Avantatges: Nada

Queixes: Me cobraron 60 Euros por imprimir 3 Boarding Pass que tenía en mi teléfono pero no me los aceptaban, pagué la bodega de 4 valijas grandes pero además a último momento me cobraron 25 Euros por el Carry on y en la escalera del avión me obligaron a despacharla a bodega a pesar que tenía una computadora adentro. Muy mala predisposición, Muy monetaristas, NO VIAJO NUNCA MÄS POR RYANAIR

Avantatges: Not much

Queixes: The CHEAP profiler of a CEO this airline has as its head. As it stands, Ryan isn't worth saving.

Avantatges: The crew was very good. And the flight was on time.

Queixes: The seats cannot recline. They were stiff as a board. Completely uncomfortable! No complimentary drinks, not even watter!?

Avantatges: the price

Queixes: The members at the checkin desk did not speak english well and would not do a required visa check that the website said needed to be done to validate our boarding passes.

Avantatges: Easy boarding, plane looked clean, crew all smart and genuine smiles. The bonus is we arrived early and their were no Benidorm p..s artists on board. Excellent.

Queixes: Only that we were late leaving, this didn’t matter in the end because we arrived early. I only gave one star for Food & Entertainment as the option to give no stars is not available. I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid.

Avantatges: Nothing about this flight/airline was good.

Avantatges: Regular updates during flight. Food!

Avantatges: Decent legroom

Queixes: Having to turn off electronic equipment for take off and 30 mins before landing. Ridiculous as all other airlines now agree this is pointless.

Avantatges: La tripulación muy atenta.

Avantatges: What a breath of fresh air. Simple no frills service but very friendly attentive staff. Can't quite say why but 100 times more pleasant than a Ryanair flight!

Avantatges: Personal atento

Queixes: El vuelo salió con 30 minutos de retraso y los asientos era muy incómodos, aunque de ryanair ya se sabe de antemano.

Queixes: Al regreso a Madrid, por suerte no hubo retrasos exagerados como en el trayecto Madrid-Copenhague pero supongo que por las condiciones logísticas de Ryanair, es necesario acceder al avión caminando, este no es el problema . Me pregunto: Cómo es posible que alguien no piense en que no pueden exponer a personas donde pueden estar incluidos niños, bebés, personas mayores a estar en la intemperie bajo una temperatura de - 2 grados centígrados esperando para entrar a un avión donde las personas tienen que acceder por una escalera y nadie de esta compañía sea capaz de organizar un acceso por grupos y que el resto de personas vayan quedando dentro del aeropuerto mientras otros ya han subido. Esta compañía está tan acostumbrada a trabajar mal que supongo que ninguna queja tendrá el mínimo efecto... llego a esta conclusión cuando después de 13 minutos en esta situación en la pista del aeropuerto, logramos entrar al avión y David, parte del crew del vuelo PR 606 me dice después de yo decirle que como no son capaces de organizar esta situación tan lógica respondiendo “ pues no vueles con nosotros .... “ Esto es Ryanair Espero que si momondo pregunta esta encuesta sirva para algo y no caiga en los mismos errores.

Avantatges: Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part.

Queixes: - They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this.

Avantatges: NOTHING. I haven't had a worse airport/airline experience. I would NEVER fly this airline again. No matter the cost. HORRIBLE I felt taken advantage of and swindled. Not to mention incredibly uncomfortable.

Queixes: EVERYTHING. Ryanair is hands down the most horrendous airline I've encountered. What a joke. I can't believe they're in business.

Queixes: Flight delayed by several hours, hardly no information given. on return flight could enjoy the food i bought when i realized that the tray was broken (my seat was 23E).

Queixes: Once again, they were late to depart and to arrive...

Queixes: One of the most bad airline I hade, they charge me 45 euro to check in bording, there was a delay, people were waiting to check in we wait more than 30 min to get in.

Queixes: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Queixes: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Avantatges: Our initial flight was cancelled by Norwegian. So when I tried to communicate this with RyanAir, they wouldn’t refund our money

Queixes: Poor customer service. No way to communicate with your support team They kept our money when we couldn’t be in Barcelona due to our original flight was cancelled by Norwegian

Queixes: Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding.

Avantatges: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Queixes: Nothing it was perfect for Ryanair.. always getting better

Avantatges: Hay que estar parado 40 minutos en fila antes de abordar, no hay ninguna explicación ni atencion por el pasajero.

Queixes: Everything. We were stuck 3 hours on a hot plane with no air conditioning for "technical problems" and they gave us no information as to what was going on. They also charged us for water and let two people off the plane. Very terrible experience I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

Queixes: It was a 6am flight on Monday morning and the crew did not stop using the speaker for stupid and things. Trying to sell all type of good and perfumes. Please a bit of respect for passengers, Its very intrusive.

Queixes: The line to check in baggage was an hour long. They were very understaffed.
