Avantatges: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Queixes: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Avantatges: I could not fault anything with this flight. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight, was able to drop my bag (I kept it to 20kgs) and pass security all within 15 minutes. Boarding was efficient and the seat quite comfortable. I was asleep before take off and didn't wake until 30 mins before landing. For any airline that many complain about - there is nothing I could fault. Yes - it is cheap and yes there are restrictions but if you follow the advice ie pack to the kg limit, arrive as per the airline suggestion for checkin and be at the gate when required and pre-order any food (or eat before the flight) - there is nothing I can complain about - it was cheap and I was able to be where I needed to be 10 min ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Avantatges: I really enjoyed my window seat. The flight was on time and sightly early which was great.

Queixes: I didn’t realize it was an outdoor boarding process so i wasn’t prepared for the rain. But i will be ready next time!

Avantatges: Rates

Avantatges: Staff were kind entertaining and friendly

Queixes: Boarding was a bit long

Avantatges: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Queixes: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Avantatges: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Queixes: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Avantatges: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Queixes: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Avantatges: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Queixes: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Avantatges: Staff on Ryanair always pleasant and good good, flight smooth and always on time

Queixes: Nothing about this Flught I didn’t like

Avantatges: Staff were kind entertaining and friendly

Queixes: Everything, basically... The flight was delayed almost an hour, boarding was uncomfortable, there was no food service on board, flight attendants were less than friendly, and takeoff was shaky and turbulent.

Queixes: Delayed. Confusion over gates.

Avantatges: food was better than expected and not too pricy

Queixes: Better updates required both before and during the flight The food service took so long to get through the cabin that the middle seats did not get served warm food and very nearly didn't even get the chance to buy crisps or drinks They ran out of many of the foods on the menu

Avantatges: Great Crew! On time dep and arrival!

Queixes: Cumbersome boarding process

Queixes: We waited over an hour for our bags at the claim along with the rest of the flight

Queixes: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Avantatges: Great leg room in standard seats!

Avantatges: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Avantatges: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority

Queixes: The flight was okay but 40 minutes late due to issues at Hamburg Airport. I.e. the problem was not with the actual flight or with Ryanair.

Queixes: much more timely assistance following our missing this flight

Queixes: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Queixes: Ryanair pricing / baggage is so rapacious but it does keep ticket prices down....

Avantatges: Crew were very caring. What amazed me from a proposed flight of 1hr 20, was to and from Dublin a flight time of 50mins. Very good.

Queixes: Going with one airline and coming back with Ryanair meant I could only get my boarding pass 2days before flight, rather than the beginning of the whole trip. I tried 6x's on my mph to no avail, day before, got it on a desktop on last day.
